Unlike many gins which are distilled from neutral grain spirit this delicious gin starts life as FREYA BIRCH SPIRIT, smooth, clean and distilled from wild birch tree sap.
We re-distill with selected botanicals to deliver a fine and delicious taste… Juniper, Seville Orange and Coriander deliver a full gin flavour; the fresh green flavours of FREYA are enhanced by Lime and Chives; the woody aromas of FREYA are lifted by Almonds and a touch of Horseradish; and the whole is underpinned by a fragrant floral note.
