During Dan's eight years at Simon Cowell's entertainment company Syco, he was an integral part since the start, developing and directing artists entire marketing, promotional and sales campaigns. Dan has worked with some of the biggest entertainment brands in the world during this time, such as The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent, looking after many artists the shows have spawned. In this time Dan accumulated Worldwide record sales of over 20 Million, 12 Number 1's, two Record of The Year triumphs, the first ever Official UK Number 1 Single Download with Westlife, and also achieved the third fastest selling single in UK chart history with Shayne Ward's 'That's My Goal', his X Factor winning single. Dan created numerous lucrative brand partnerships during this time, including: with Jaguar, Bebo, AT&T Williams F1, Quintessentially, Sky Sports, Haribo, Pretty Polly and Tom Ford. Dan left Syco Entertainment at the end of 2009 to launch 84 World early 2010.
Andrew trained as an accountant with Hurst Morrison Thomson before moving on to work at IMG within the Sports and Entertainment division. Andrew's entrepreneurial spirit led to the creation of his first company in 2003. He was voted Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Finalist in 2005, Online Business Of The Year 2006, and has over eight years e-commerce and online experience. Andrew has run and operated ten different e-commerce sites over the past five years, serving over 500,000 customers worldwide. He has worked on corporate campaigns with the following brands: Carlsberg Group, British Airways World Cargo and Investec. Andrew has vast experience in creating and implementing online marketing campaigns and strategies including social media activation. He has also worked on extensive campaigns with Google Adwords and SEO implementation.
